GRAND HYATT KAUA'I RESORT AND SPA 1571 Po'ipu Rd., Po'ipu 742-1234. Live entertainment nightly at the Seaview Terrace. Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at sunset view a traditional torch lighting ceremony. Entertainment 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. varies nightly but includes a Hawaiian soloist, Hawaiian duet or a keiki (children's) hula performance. Stevenson's Library offers a more western influence with a variety of musicians performing nightly, beginning at 8:00 p.m. The Grand Hyatt Kaua'i Luau show features Tihati Productions Ltd.
