• Jetlag is worse flying east than west

• Drink water every hour because cabin air is drier than the world's deserts.

• Drinking alcoholic beverages will increase jetlag.

• Don't sleep on the plane if it arrives at night. If it arrives in the morning, sleep on board.

• Wear loose clothes to avoid swelling up.

• Coat the inside of your nostrils with vegetable oil to block airborne germs.
